The practice of yoga is an instrument for the mind: it requires attention, focus and concentration.
Especially in the IYENGAR® yoga method, one can only be in the body and in his actions.
The concepts of alignment and precision in asana lead the mind into a meditative state.
At the same time, when the asana is properly done and all parts of the body are involved and the breath is transformed. The student finishes the class in a different state of how he started: calmer, more focused, with more vitality.
