Usha Devi is one of the most renowned Iyengar Yoga Teachers in the world and will be in Portugal for the first time. She has studied with BKS Iyengar from 1993 and still spends several months each year practicing in the Iyengar Institute in Pune. She teaches in Rishikesh, India, where she lives since 1985, receiving hundreds of students around the globe.
It’s a great honor to receive her. This a must-do weekend.
Minimum 2 years Iyengar Yoga practice required.
Portuguese translation if needed.
You must bring your own Yoga material (mat, 2 bricks, 2 blankets & 1 belt).
Students from abroad can hire hire the props for extra 20 euros by previous reservation.
