Yoga Weekend with Ekta Ghale

Ekta Ghale started her training in Iyengar Yoga with Usha Devi in 2011 after she met B.K.S. Iyengar on his visit to Omkarananda Patanjala Yoga Kendra, Iyengar Yoga Centre, in Rishikesh, India.

In addition to daily practicing and assisting Usha Devi, every summer she studies  at Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute, Pune, for several months.

Ekta teaches daily classes for beginners and weekly classes for children and college students. Students from all over the world love her classes, and travel on purpose to learn with her.

She is a very dedicated and caring teacher who accommodates everyone’s needs.

Her way of teaching is unique: a combination of demand, humor and lightness.
